How To Prepare For a Job Interview
Air up isn't available most places…bummer
I love how vehemently Like was bashing the first gadet but the bastardised potato masher was fine??
James says “mozzarella”Caption says “marshmallow”😂
okay mike the first is not useless. as stated it can best be used for non food items like in a girls room for hair ties and bobby pins and things. If it must be a kitchen thing I can see like maybe tea bags or sugar packets in there. kind of dumb but if you want the cutesy style it makes sense.
I laughed stupid hard at “Two in a pear” buds 😂
I’m seriously bummed that I can’t buy one of these in the us
Air up? Or you could just drink water, or eat a peach. All of these are garbage. As a chopstick-challenged Asian, I just use spoon and forks. We don't need more garbage filling up the lands and the ocean.
Mike: "If you get this, I will kiss you on the mouth!"Jamie: "Alright I'll have to try really hard now just to make you lot jealous."Also Jamie: "Dog poop!"Hahaha this made my day I love your guys friendship! Btw Congrats on the new wife Mike ♥️
I'm so surprised to see the rookie sticks here. I always expect new gadgets but those have been around since I was a toddler and learning how to use chopsticks.
Yeeeees! Kitchen Gadgets!!
Reusable aerosol cans 🙂
For the flower box thing i would totally use it to store supplies or craft odd and ends…not food seems like really poorly sealed design for food items
I actually made a fool of myself in happiness when i saw a new gadget video, and even more when james was in it! More gadget plz!
Ps, i am honestly tempted to get that water bottle. Need something to get me off the soda and i hate diet drinks.
Talking about slurping pie and steak makes me think about WALL-E and the meals in a cup
I love the Candy box, that is so my thing, Need to get on no joke that will make my OCD so happy when I get skittles and stuff with different colour I can split them up, I may lose some wait as well since i be spending more time Playing with my food than eating it,
The Air up bottle sounds amazing, and I would so try it out, in saying that £30 is a little to much just to try something out but the Idea of it is amazing.
ALSO I can'y believe how hard I laughed at the joke, I woke my dog up, Really want In and Out to come to Scotland now just so I can hear people say that way, lol
i worked in my car in Australia for 25 years it got stonking you have no idea how hot it kills dog and kids in minutes me it was the daily deep fry a water bottle like that would be a godsend no sugar plenty of hydration.
as to coffee beans, don't put them in the garbage put them on your plant pots or on the garden beds they are great fertilizer and a hint for pod users cut open the aluminium pods get the beans out do the same and then put your pods in the recycler.
Here's to hoping that the AirUp takes on good market, there are more competing companies with similar idea, and it becomes cheap and reasonable where general mass starts to buy it.
Just wondering if you guys have ever done a Japanese DIY candy kit show. They look rather strange to me. https://www.blippo.com/candy-snacks/diy-candy They even have a candy/sweet mixer that is a toilet. they have youtube videos of people making them.
4:35I’M SO HAPPY YOU ACKNOWLEDGED THIS
"That's some proper Willy Wonka sh*t!"That actually made me laugh out loud.
Scoof sounds like it should be on urban dictionary…
“I’ve had a lovely evening. Do you want to come in for a scoof?”“I’ve got coffee scum on the top of my scoof.”“I have a dirty scoof on the worktop.”
The air up thing is pretty awesome. I'd love to see more flavours.
The scoof is extremely pointless. Just put extra water in the press and pour it into a strainer. I swear some of these gadgets have a target demographic of "people who don't like to think". -_-
I like the water bottle idea. But it looks like they don't ship to the USA, though I have sent a email asking if they will in the future.
Yeah, that first dad joke was questionable. We really would just call it "In n oot"
I… honestly hope a bunch of people buy Air Up after this video. It seems like the kind of thing that could be an awesome product if demand spiked enough to cause more production and lower prices.
Actually really like that last one. Kinda wonder if they're available in the US and if extra rings comes separately for a lower price… well that and if they made grape flavored rings….
I could think of hundreds of times that the candy carousel would have been amazing to have.
Jamie: Rookie stix good for kids
Me: Kids? I still suck at using 🥢
Next ultimate battle the guys should take a trip to Maryland or look into the style of food. You can't get better crabs then MD. For the battle use old bay in a dish. Old bay is the most versatile seasoning i know of because I've personally used it on not just seafood but chicken, beef, potatoes, and eggs. Old bay is Maryland's hidden treasure.
I want airup to come to America we need this here
The only useful thing here was the chopsticks. The water bottle was a joke! Eliminating plastic waste!? Seriously!? You have to buy the scented cartridges witch are artificial CHEMICALSl and they come in PLASTIC bags and are PLASTIC! Just squeeze whatever fresh lemon lime orange ect into your water bottle and POOF same thing. The science behind it is interesting but useless. Keep up the good work gentlemen always enjoy whats next.
Ben:Who wAntS tO slUrP PiE
do a challenge where you only cook with gadgets
The first one would be great for nails, screws, brads, little woodworking things.
I loved his joke
Air Up great idea
Wow Jamie…starting the year on a high???? ( sorry mate but bludy awful dad jokes) lol
I want the water bottle for the creatine water I take to the gym every day. This sounds great.
do another ultimate battle!
LOL on the lemon juicer; I grew up with one, they're not new.
I would KILL for #5 in lemon tea flavor……or sourdough bread….Hope that these make it to the US!
Dang I wish the air-up was able to be shipped to the US would love that
Number 1 is brilliant for taking antipasto or crackers and dips and stuff to Bring-n-Share events. I may actually buy one. Not helpful so much for an at-home kitchen experience, but if you're travelling a long way with it to get to where you're eating or going on a picnic or something, great!
Those Rookie Stixs don't seem like they would actually teach you to use chopsticks because you would hold them entirely differently.
That first one, the candy box, would be brilliant for sorting lego pieces!!!
Where can I buy one from?
you guys should review one of those tin can holders
Make us lot jealous? I mean it would work HAVE YOU SEEN MIKE! HE'S FUCKING GORGEOUS! The gadgets are pretty cool looking too I guess. Got a bit distracted.
Water tastes great without any flavour. Why do I need this flavoured water?
Air Up: reusable bottle; excellent for the environment. Replace high calorie beverages with a "Flavor Ring" for zero calories; excellent for the waist line. Thick ring of plastic, possible more than the beverage it replaced, from said "Flavor Ring" going back into the environment …… nope
Mikes looking fit. Good job, now share your fitness secrets!
Actually the first gadget would be really useful for those who celebrate Chinese new year and since it's around the corner at this time of year it's actually pretty good for putting nuts and small biscuits cause we do visiting and there would be food like lots of tidbits for guests that visits to eat and talk yaknow so yeah I guess it's not a total no use stuff but the price is a tad bit excessive
Here’s a gadget for you to try – https://www.wonderbagworld.com/shop-uk
I like the training chop sticks
To me, the "candy box" could be a game changer, in many uses around the house. To clean it, I'd wipe out anything sticky or oily, then take it to the shower, open it up, wash it, and turn it upside down in the shower to drain and dry. Definitely useful! I like the newbie chopsticks, too, but that Scoof: if there were abortions for kitchen gadgets, I'd take that one straight to the clinic.
I feel like I've seen the candy box as a craft organiser 😅
We gave my mum a flower stack for her b'day because she hosts alot of parties and it's bloody epic!!!!! If you don't want it from your comments made… I'll be more than happy take it off your hands!! 😁😁😁😁😁😁❤❤❤❤
Who’s the Love Island fan? Couldn’t read the name in the bottle
That first one is probably for CNY. It is a tradition to keep a "serving" dish of all sorts of savoury and sweet snacks to serve to guests who would visit you for the New Year when they do their traditional "family visits" on new year's day. It would have a lid to keep it safe from dust. We have a special dish with compartments that serves that one purpose and gets packed away till next year.
Given that it is in the shape of a lotus, and lotus's in Chinese culture are very important, that would be the most likely answer.
I want the Air up thing in America so bad! Someone send me a starter pack!!! I can see that really helping people who are trying to lose weight because sugary drinks have always been my downfall and that will mostly eliminate that problem.
I have the chopstick thing. I've tried to many times to learn how to use chopsticks but one day I do hope to master them!
I just tried to buy the Air-UO water bottle; but I cannot as they do not have shipping in the United States ☹.
Man, you guys should check out south east asians households on Lunar New Year. Those candy box are everywhere, you mostly use it for special occasions or just everyday in your grandma's living room.
Get the first gadget as a gift for Valentine's Day. They have nice treats and a lovely box that can now be used for other objects. Jewelery seemed like a good idea. Or maybe crafting material?
You guys used the juicer wrong.
So angry watching you guys use the lemon juicer…. you don't cut the end off the lemon. You use the serrated end to cut a hole in the lemon as you screw it in. This creates less mess. Weirdly we have had these in Australia for as long as I can remember and I'm 36. We've already had one in the drawer
I think at this point, you guys don’t need to qualify there’s an exception for use with motor skill impairments. We’ve seen enough to all think of that right off the bat! But genuinely do appreciate that you consider it, either way
the candy organizer is actually really useful at Chinese (Lunar) New Year! when families go visiting, the host house usually has one of these on the coffee table filled with all sorts of chinese snacks and nibbles for the guests who swing by throughout the day 🙂
bacon and whiskey flavoured water, anyone?
Gadget #1 shows just how different snacking cultures are between most European and Asian cultures. Mike saying that the container would be better suited for childern and their knick knacks, whilst in a typical Asian household it would be at the center of the house for constant snacking around the day and for when guests come. We like to keep beer snacks (peanuts, pretzels, etc) handy.
'That's some proper Willy Wonka shit' JAMIE 😂😂😂😂
Wait, fuck, those coffee grounds shouldn't go down the drain? Welp TIL, thankfully I've rarely made coffee from grounds at home, so I've done this only a few times, will know not to do this from now on!
I like the sound of the AirUp thing, and agree with Mike that even if the product itself doesn't take off, that there is further innovation upon this kind of thing. I can imagine that shipping one of those things internationally would substantially inflate the price already, so definitely not affordable if you're not from anywhere near Germany, or wherever that company ships those from!
Not sure you can call water nutritious…. If anything taking the sugars and other parts out of it is making it less nutritious.
I drink bottled flavoured water all the time. I drink 1 bottle of 1.5 ltrs a day. That's a lot of plastic bottles. I would defiantly buy the water bottle. What a great invention.
OMG, that really is a game changer. I really hope air up has a damn good marketing department. Coke rings, Pepsi rings, talisker rings
I don’t know why but I like James’s foul mouthed responses. So visceral.
I thought you screwed the lemon thing straight into the lemon so it doesn’t leak?
I want to slurp pie, thank you very much.
My Filipina wife lit up on the chopsticks! We were in Taiwan and a few of the locals got a laugh at watching an American white guy trying to teach his asian wife how to use chopsticks! They don't use them here in the Philippines. She now wants a set of the rookie sticks! If you're not using yours, please send them! LoL 😂🤣🥢🍜🇵🇭
WHO WANTS BACON WATER??" anyone!?!?
I feel like the air up was the game changer.
"So you can pit one in a lemon, and one in a lime?"
"Or two in a pear"
I still think they are holding chopsticks wrong.. 🤔
I got one of those lemon squeezer things in the 80's. Its nice to know they haven't changed, and they're still as much of a scam as ever.
I learned how to use chopsticks as a child with chopsticks with a small roll of newspaper held between them by a rubber band.same result. worked like a charm.
Congrats on getting married Miiiiiike! (and breaking my heart, but whateves.)
Do a $5 max budget from wish gadget review…..
Candy boxes are actually a thing in Lunar New Year celebrations for welcoming guests. We put all sorts of things like roasted seeds, candied fruits and vegetable, and other snacks that typically have some sort of symbolic pun for good luck in the new year. Candy boxes with a twist sound fun and definitely make sense to me. That colour scheme won't cut it though, definitely needs some festive red!
The first gadget feels more like an Asian thing really – this sort of design is really everywhere here in Asia, especially during Chinese New Year where there's a bunch of snacks and tidbits. But I do think its really difficult to clean out so it'll be better to use for sewing or medical supplies.
What about doing a kitchen gadgets from thex18th century episode… You know like a whisk for your larks tongue in aspic and whatnot…
That Coffee gadget is everything, hahahaha ❤️
I feel spoiled that we got two dad jokes!
A full episode would be great of just coffee gadgets. Also talking about if drinking coffee is sustainable.
I feel like there should be a pass it on episode where they can only use their various gadgets to cook the meal.
how many lemon squeezers have appeared in this series already ?You can propably make an entire video camparing them
I have an air up bottle. It's incredible. It's gotten quite big in Germany and in my opinion very deservingly. They have loads of flavours and there are more to come. Not steak though Jamie, I'm afraid 😀
The first item is amazing for Chinese New Year, cause we often have a lot of snacks for our celebration. Except its better for candy with the wrapper on. The rookie stick seems more usless then a child practice chopsticks cause it can’t open that wide?
